Unfortunately, something can always come up, so you may not be able to start your vacation or you may have to cancel earlier.
– In case of cancellation from 7 days before arrival we charge 50% of the total price.
– In case of no-show, early departure, and/or late arrival, all booked days will be charged.
Depending on the season and booking situation, we reserve the right to adjust the cancellation conditions.

A credit card is required as a guarantee for the reservation.

Pitch:
The reserved pitch is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. After consultation with our reception, if there is no reservation, you can freely choose from available pitches.
If you should arrive after 19:00, we ask for a short notification.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the pitch by 11:30 am.
In case of late departure, the day will be charged.

Chalet:
Your reserved hideaway will be available from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
If you should arrive after 19:00, we ask for a short notification.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the accommodation by 10:00 am.
In case of late departure, the day will be charged.

We are happy to put together a breakfast basket. Individually, or would you prefer the Såndgøld pampering package? You are spoiled for choice. In addition to freshly baked bread, croissants, and yogurt with homemade muesli, we also offer various South Tyrolean sausages and cheese products, homemade jams, and other delicacies. So, nothing stands in the way of a perfect start to the day. The breakfast baskets are available from €10.00.

Pitches:
Pets are welcome at our campsite. We ask you to keep your dog on a short leash at all times and to dispose of your dog’s waste yourself.
We charge € 5.00 per pet per day.
Pets are not allowed in the sanitary facilities.

Chalets:
We kindly request your understanding that pets are not allowed in the chalets. Alternatively, you can enjoy your vacation with your four-legged friend on our campsite.

With the Guest Pass, all public transport in South Tyrol can be used free of charge: Regular buses, ski buses, regional trains and some cable cars (Mühlbach-Meransen, Bozen-Ritten).
Attention. Excluded are the shuttle buses Dobbiaco – Tre Cime di Lavaredo (Auronzo Hut), Welsberg – Braies Lake, shuttle bus Prato Piazza.
The Guest Pass also includes a varied weekly programme and discounts on numerous services.
The Guest Pass is available free of charge at the reception.

The local tax is €2,40 per person aged 14 and over per night. It is due on departure and is shown separately.

Our sanitary facilities are located in the basement of the main building and are open 24 hours for you. We are always concerned about cleanliness and hygiene, so please leave everything as you would like to find it.
Additionally, we have 8 private bathrooms available for those seeking even more privacy. These can be booked by the day.

The night rest is valid from 22:00 to 7:00 o’clock. We ask you to respect this and not disturb your neighbors with loud music, loud conversations, or engine noise. The vacation should be relaxing and stress-free for everyone.

Each camper will receive a wristband as a camping pass upon arrival. It serves to prevent unauthorized entry by strangers and allows you free access to the campsite and sanitary facilities at any time.

The wristband can also be used as a means of payment in our bar/bistro. You will be charged at the reception upon departure.

Cash payment is possible for EU citizens up to a maximum amount of 4,999.00 euros. Non-EU citizens can pay higher amounts in cash. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, and EC cards. Payments by check are not possible.
For a binding reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The deposit can be paid by credit card via the module on our homepage or by bank transfer.

All prices are per day during the specified period. Price changes, typing errors, and mistakes, as well as changes in offers, are reserved.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire premises.

We ask you to carefully separate the waste and dispose of it in the containers provided (at the exit): glass, paper, metal, plastic bottles, Tetra Pak, cardboard, and residual waste.

Open fires are prohibited due to fire hazards, with the exception of grills on racks.

Visitors are welcome, but they must identify themselves at the reception desk.
